By downloading, installing, or using the Sound Map application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitute acceptance.
The App uses Firebase Authentication to support Sign-In with Apple and Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication credentials and your Apple/Google accounts.
User Content includes audio recordings, tags, moods, and notes created in the App. You retain full ownership of any content you create. By using the App, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, store, and sync this content solely to provide the App's functionality to you.
You agree not to use the App for any illegal purpose, to harass others, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to attempt to abuse the service infrastructure.
Sound Map Premium is an auto-renewable subscription service.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the App will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features without notice.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sound Map shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
